Debra spent many years as a PA to the directors of a large organisation in East Sussex. She then worked as a Project Manager responsible for the reorganisation of a large HR office. In her last role she oversaw the cleaning quality of a top boutique hotel in Brighton, which in reviews never received less than 5 stars for cleanliness. Debra ensures that only the best and most dedicated cleaners are employed and all staff are fully trained and must provide references.
